I have attempted to describe a few of the issues that I have been involved in. It is unlikely that anyone has recorded them for inclusion in any historical document. These are personal observations made as they came to mind and are not recorded in any order of importance or chronologically. Writing about episodes that happened fifty and more years ago runs the danger of incurring errors and/or omissions. Inaccurate impressions of personalities that have passed on may creep in. My goal has been to document the truth as seen at the time, without embellishments or biases. I apologize in advance to anyone that might take offence.
